Chyler and husband, Nathan West welcomed Anniston Kae last Thursday! Congratulations to the both of them!

“Little Grey,” aka Chyler Leigh, has given birth to a daughter.

The “Grey’s Anatomy” star, who plays Meredith Grey’s younger half-sister, Lexie, gave birth to daughter Anniston Kae on Thursday morning in Los Angeles.

“Anniston was born at 7:12 AM on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at Cedars Sinai Medical and weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce. Both mother and child are healthy,” a rep for the actress told Access Hollywood.

Anniston is the third child for Chyler and her husband, actor Nathan West. The couple, who have been married almost seven years, have a son, Noah Wilde, 5, and a daughter, Taelyn Leigh, 2.

Fans of “Grey’s Anatomy” didn’t get to see Chyler’s blooming belly during her pregnancy as she previously told Access it was being hidden from the show.

“I’ve hit the six-month mark and I’m totally showing now,” Chyler told Access months ago. “So you’ll begin to see me carrying various medical items (charts, notepads, etc.) more often. The oversized scrub top under my normal jacket isn’t completely cutting it. I keep wondering when the transition from carrying charts to pushing wheelchairs to pushing gurneys to close up face shots in the O.R. will happen. I guess the positive is, I’ll have really buff arms from all the carrying and pushing of random medical equipment.”

In related news, Chyler’s on-screen “Grey’s” sister, Meredith, played by Ellen Pompeo, recently confirmed she is pregnant with her first child.

Congrats to Chyler and Nathan!

Grey’s Anatomy actress Chyler Leigh is expecting her third child, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

“They are absolutely thrilled and looking forward to the new addition to their young family,” her rep tells PEOPLE.

The actress, 26, and her actor/musician husband, Nathan West, are already parents to two children.

Leigh’s pregnancy will not be written into the Grey’s storyline, according to her rep Marcel Pariseau.

Leigh plays “Lexie,” the half sister of Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) on ABC’s hit medical program. She joined the show in July 2007.

Before Grey’s, Leigh previously starred in the short-lived series Reunion and That 80s Show. She also starred in 2001′s Not Another Teen Movie.
